*When a booking has been made for a service or parts you have entered into our Terms and conditions which are available on request.

*Callout charge is minimum £75 within 5 miles from KT17 2NE, further charges of £5.00 per mile will occur if outside of the callout area. Callout consists of coming to your vehicle and spending 30 minutes diagnosing the fault you have. If the fault is found and can be repaired with no parts, we will do so within the callout charge. Usually the fault is pinpointed within this time however some faults may require more investigation, at this point we stop and will give you an estimate for us to continue.
